Back Flush Coordinator

Department: Warehouse
Location: Osceola, AR


Compute all ingredients on batch sheets, relieve inventory of certain materials used, and maintain accurate inventory records. Analyze completed shop orders for accuracy.

Support the review, understanding and compliance of all programs, policies and procedures contained in the Food Safety and Quality Management System.


  • Check figures on batch sheets for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and date codes.
  • Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information in order to relieve inventory of material used in the manufacturing of finished goods.
  • Make and keep accurate files of batches, lot to stage worksheets, extra ingredient request form, ingredient weigh log, weekly count sheets and inventory adjustments.
  • Issue all ingredients to the batches that were not pre-weighed, such as oil, vinegar, and water.
  • Provide feedback to management weekly on batch and pack order analysis
  • Review all shop orders for missing transactions and mistakes
  • Responsible for the closing of all monthly orders and entering the oil adjustments, as needed
  • Enters machine and labor hours against shop orders based on weekly efficiency reports.
  • Assist with counting inventory as requested
  • Assist with semiannual physical inventory as requested

Education Level and Focus:

Proof of high school diploma or equivalent; Willingness to continue education through approved courses or classes that will enhance personal and professional growth.




Interpersonal and Communication:

 Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time. Communicating with others in a professional manner.

Technical and Analytical:

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language. Knowledge of mathematical applications and weights of measure.

Physical or Mental Demands:

Ability to follow procedures and guidelines for accurate inventory computation.

Special Equipment Used:

Using computers and computer systems (software) to set up functions, enter data, track or process information.   


            Ability to be punctual and have regular attendance.  Ability to work overtime.  Must be present during first 7 working days following end of month to assist in financial statement preparation for prior month.  All appointments, vacation and other time off will not be approved during this time.
